Shanghai Waigang Plumbing Equipment Factory,
attached to Shanghai Xinye Group, is located in Waigang Town.
The town is situated in Jiading, a district in the northwest
of the metropolitan Shanghai. It is 42 kilometers away from
downtown of Shanghai and 28 kilometers away from both the Hongqiao

Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279), Waigang is a cultural town
steeped in history and home to many great men, such as Qian
Daxin, a scholar in the Qing Dynasty (1616-1911AD), and Qian
Qichen, the present State Councilor. Waigang boasts a few of
well-known historic sites such as the Wuxing Temple, the Qingzhu
Garden and the Qian Ancestral Hall.
